My understanding on ego which is usually a hard to tackle subject, is something that still needs more elaboration on my part. With a degree in Psychology, I have had the understanding of ego in a psychoanalysis point of view, not in a spiritual p.of v. the way you have explained it. 		<description>I am so very proud of you Davender...for having the  self-awareness to realize you need to do this for yourself and the courage to do so. I beleive we all need to unplug more often than we do....we spend way too much time in front of a computer, attached to our cell phones or constantly checking email, mesages, fbook and twitter...that we are disconnected from everything else. Spending even half of those wasted hours can be used to focus on health, emotions, relationships, self-learning and physical activities! I am with yu on this one and I hope it heals what needs to be healed. My thoughts are with you!</description>
